A group visit to Dragon’s Den may be just what you need to unlock your potential! We cater your workshop to your needs, providing invaluable teambuilding activities, thoughtful debriefing sessions, and of course, plenty of time adventuring on the challenge course! Our therapeutic two-level ropes course, climbing wall, and zip line serve as the perfect place for fun, engaging, and educational workshops for all ages, not just for kids!

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

A birthday party at Dragon’s Den is the perfect way to celebrate with all your friends! Your guests can adventure through our challenge course before getting a chance to open up some presents! When you book a birthday party, you are booking the course of your choice for your group, with access to tables, chairs, and one classroom.

In addition to the ropes course facility, we have some great games and activities that are staff could run and lead for your event! This and use of the courtyard behind the rectory building are optional add-ons that you could use to make your event even more special! The rates for these add-ons are as follows:

  • Use of courtyard during group’s time: +$100
  • Group games (30 minutes): +$125

Cleaning and Extended Time Fees(PLEASE READ):

Our goal is provide a safe and fun environment to learn new skills and challenge our participants with new experiences. We, however, do not have the staff to clean-up after every event, everytime. We ask that participants leave the space as clean or cleaner than they found it as a courtesy to the staff, the next event that might be about to walk through the door, and to the Dragon’s Den community as a whole. Parties that fail to clean up excessive waste from the celebration(cake, utensils, paper products, or other general waste) will be subject to a $75 clean-up fee. We know it happens; bathroom and similar accidents that occur on the course are also subject to this $75 cleaning fee 

Similarly, parties have set start and end times. This assures us that we can adequately give you the best experience possible. Please try to be on time for your event and depart promptly at the set end time to allow staff the appropriate time to reset. Parties that fail to depart the space in a timely manner(15 minutes after the end time) will be subject to a fee of $100 for the additional time. 

No-Show Policy:

In fairness to all guests, any participant with a reserved booking who fails to arrive for their scheduled session and provides no prior notice of late arrival or cancellation is liable for their entire booking fee. A participant shall be considered a no-show 15 minutes after their scheduled booking if no notification of late arrival has been provided. The No-Show Policy is applicable to all participants, including individuals within group bookings.

Participants who are no-shows are not eligible for any monetary refund, credit, gift certificate rescheduling, or other reimbursement. The entire booking fee will be forfeited.

Birthday Party Cancellation Policy:

Participants canceling their Dragon’s Den party 2 weeks or more in advance may reschedule their booking, receive a gift certificate (allowing them to reschedule at a later date), or receive a full monetary refund. Any applicable non-refundable online transaction fees shall apply to all partial refunds of a booking.

Participants canceling within 2 weeks of their scheduled Dragon’s Den party will not receive a monetary refund, but may reschedule their session or receive a gift certificate of a portion of the original cost* to reschedule at a later date. Participants canceling within 5 days will receive a 50% gift certificate of the original payment. Participants canceling within 3 days will receive a 20% gift certificate.

Participants that do not give a minimum of 24-hour cancellation notice prior to their reserved booking time shall be held to the No-Show policy, and will not be eligible for any refund, rescheduling, or other credit.

This Cancellation Policy is applicable to individual participants within any group bookings.

*Gift certificate amounts for cancellations under two weeks are as follows:
11-14 days notice – 100% of original value
10 days notice – 50% of original value
3-9 days notice – 20 % of original value
24 hours notice – 10% of original value
