Program Manager (Full-Time)

Dragon’s Den is seeking a passionate and organized Program Manager to oversee our after-school programs, summer camps, and youth enrichment initiatives. This leadership role supervises staff, coordinates engaging programming, and helps create a safe, inclusive environment where young people can thrive.

Salary: $55,000 annually
Location: Homestead, PA

LBB Teen Pathways Program Manager

Lead the Learning Beyond Boundaries (LBB) Teen Pathways program and help teens build the skills they need for future success. This role oversees daily program operations, manages partnerships, supports enrollment and family communication, and ensures grant requirements are met. The ideal candidate is an organized leader who is passionate about youth development and creating meaningful opportunities for teens.

LBB Lead Teacher

Inspire and mentor teens through engaging academic, leadership, workforce readiness, and enrichment activities. As the Lead Teacher, you’ll create a positive learning environment, build strong relationships with participants, and help prepare young people for success both in school and beyond.

LBB Support Teacher

Support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where teens can learn and grow. You’ll assist with activities, supervise participants, encourage positive behavior, and help ensure every young person feels welcomed, supported, and successful.

Behavior De-escalation Specialist (School Year or Summer Camp)

Help create a safe and supportive environment where teens can thrive. This role provides behavior support, leads de-escalation strategies, coaches staff, and helps participants develop healthy coping skills while maintaining a positive and respectful program culture.

LBB Summer Liaison

Connect teens with meaningful summer employment opportunities and help them succeed throughout their placements. This role builds relationships with employers, supports participants as they transition into the workforce, monitors progress, and helps ensure a positive experience for both teens and community partners.
