If you have kids enrolled in our after-school program and summer camps you have access to our rope course for free. Please call us to reserve your tickets.
Booking the Soaring Dragons upper course includes a trip on the Zip Line for every participant.
Online booking closes 1 day before the start of each time slot.
Groups of 10 or more receive discounted tickets at 10% off. Please email gideon@dragonsdenpgh.org for more information.

Birthday Parties - Available Saturdays, and Sundays online and other days upon request - Please read our cancellation and cleaning/extended time policies under the page "Group Visits" 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the timeslot, with the remaining balance due 3 days prior to the event. If you stay 30 minutes past birthday party end time you will be charged $120.

Cancelation Policy:
- Participants cancelling their Dragon’s Den session 48 hours or more in advance may reschedule their booking, receive a gift certificate (allowing them to reschedule at a later date), or receive a full monetary refund. Any applicable non-refundable online transaction fees shall apply to all partial refunds of a booking.
- Participants cancelling within 48 hours of their scheduled Dragon’s Den session will not receive a monetary refund but may reschedule their session or receive a gift certificate to reschedule at a later date.
- Participants that do not show for their reserved booking time without prior notice of late arrival or cancellation shall be held to the No-Show policy, and will not be eligible for any refund, rescheduling, or other credit.
- This Cancellation Policy is applicable to individual participants within any group bookings
No-Show Policy:
- In fairness to all guests, any participant with a reserved booking who fails to arrive for their scheduled session and provides no prior notice of late arrival or cancellation is liable for their entire booking fee. A participant shall be considered a no-show 15 minutes after their scheduled booking if no notification of late arrival has been provided. The No-Show Policy is applicable to all participants, including individuals within group bookings.
- Participants who are no-shows are not eligible for any monetary refund, credit, gift certificate rescheduling, or other reimbursement. The entire booking fee will be forfeited.
***NOTE: In order to help support our community programming, a $5 Non-Rider Fee is charged for any adult spectator or other individuals not participating on the challenge course. Children under the age of 5 are not subject to this fee.***
