After- School Programs

Dragon’s Den offers three FREE after-school programs for youth ages 6–18 who live in Homestead, West Homestead, or Munhall, as well as children whose parent or guardian works for the Steel Valley School District. Our Regular After-School K–8 Program provides structured academic support, mentoring, STEAM, sports, arts, cooking, music, and other enrichment for children attending at least three days per week. Oratorio Drop-In K–8 offers a flexible, welcoming space with no minimum attendance requirement where children can relax, connect with friends, enjoy snacks and dinner, and participate in activities as they choose. For students in grades 8–12, Learning Beyond Boundaries combines academic and PSAT/SAT support with college and career exploration, life skills, leadership development, field trips, and hands-on experiences throughout Pittsburgh and the surrounding community. Across all of our programs, Dragon’s Den provides young people with a safe, supportive place to belong, learn, grow, and prepare for their future.
